Frequently Asked

How far in advance should I order?+
We recommend at least 5–7 days in advance for custom cakes. For wedding cakes or large orders, please reach out 2–3 weeks ahead to ensure availability.
How do I place an order?+
Send us a DM on Instagram (@creamy_creations.bd) or message us on Facebook. Tell us your occasion, desired cake, size, and date — we'll take it from there!
Can I fully customise my cake design?+
Absolutely! Every cake is made to order. You can customise the flavour, design, colour palette, theme, and size. Share a reference image and we'll bring your vision to life.
What premium ingredients do you use?+
We only use Lurpak butter, Beryl's & Van Houten chocolate, Everwhip cream, and Lurpak cream cheese. No compromises on quality, ever.
Do you offer delivery?+
We offer both pickup and local delivery options. Delivery availability and charges depend on your location — please confirm when placing your order.
How are cakes priced — per pound or per cake?+
Butter Cream and Whipped Cream cakes are TK/pound. Cheesecakes, Brownies and Tiramisu are per piece/box. Premium cakes are per kg. We'll give you a full quote based on your size at the time of order.
